Mortiers grow an awful lot of vegetables for the 'big four' supermarkets. They grow early in the season and late in the season - they're clever like that. They are building and feeding one of the largest anaerobic digesters in Europe, which generates electricity to keep their harvested crops in tip top condition. All this whilst restoring ancient woodland and rebuilding sea walls - its high time Mortiers had a voice...
